Woven whites. Natural Pom Pom Beach Basket for the home

There is something so fresh about whites…and our down to earth summer whites are certainly no exception. They are subtle, bright, natural and refreshing in a bikini with luxe texture ribbing like our Tanlines Bandeau or Tanlines Isla Bikini Bottoms and perfect for layering against a neutral striped short, and a straw beach bag…

This effortless approach and no-nonsense type of wardrobe selection certainly makes packing for that summer escape a little less complex, which got us thinking about how this same neutral exercise could work for our home.

Now enter, our (fairly) effortless tassel basket for the home. Somehow tossing in our sandy laundry into a bottomless pit just made our home so much chicer….

What you need:

- Baskets, baskets, baskets

- Cotton twine

- Scissors

- A medium sized needle that will fit your cotton string

Start by folding both ends together and knot the center using three pieces of string. We then braided both sides of the string and knotted at the top for a more secure and clean finishing touch!

Wrap another piece of string across the top portion using a knot, wrap it around a couple times and then knot and cut. Finish up your tassel by trimming the ends to desired length. Again, we suggest doing this all in an assembly line to make the process go by in a flash.

To create a layered look, using a piece of string and needle, pierce through the top of the top tassel, and repeat this step which the next three tassels and knot to secure the very bottom tassel.
